Week 13

We are now in Week 13 of Renovation Wright Residence! I can't believe it has been over 3 months since we started. We spent most of this week figuring out inside electrical decisions. Where lights would go, where switches would go, where fans would go, what kinds of lighting we want where. We ended up having to make small diagrams of several of the rooms to figure out furniture placement so that we could decide on lighting placement. It was exciting to think about where furniture would be placed because that made it feel even more real. Although I am not sure how more real it should feel since we are living in the back yard of the construction zone and are watching the house expand and change each day! :) We made a lot of key decisions and then actually had to go and make our first purchases of some of the light fixtures as well. It absolutely poured several more days this week and the roof held very well with no leakage! We are so glad that they are done with that part!!
