Whew, it is so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life! The list of things to do when I get a "roundtoit" has been growing and growing and the top of the list is posting an update! Just because we finished the renovation doesn't mean that the blog has to be done because just like true house work, it will never actually be completely finished, right?
Well, life has been BUSY for the Wright family this summer and we took a major hiatus from house work. We took a family trip to Disney World, Dan turned 30, our sweet nephew turned 2, the Carolina baseball team won their 2nd National Championship (which we had the awesome opportunity to watch 2 of the playoff games in Columbia before they headed out to Omaha!), we spent some time out at Kiawah, relaxed over holiday weekends, and have spent many evenings entertaining out of our new kitchen and dining room. But, we FINALLY are back at it and are working hard to finish up those last few things on our punch list. Which also means that my blogging is back in action!
We have had no spirit filled adventures, ghost sitings or creepy feelings since moving in (I even spent a few nights alone one weekend Dan was out of town for work and I survived!) and so we are pretty confident that we have the approval of Nanoo and Papoo. The house has been once again filled with love, entertaining friends and family, and we are so so happy to be in and have been enjoying every second of it!
