I know I have mentioned in the past how it was very important to us to have Nanoo watching over the renovation. Not sure if I would call it a "lucky charm" with the way things have stayed on the adventuresome side but I have wanted to feel that she was taking a part in our face lift and restating of beauty to her house. Maybe I just wanted to make sure she wouldn't come back and haunt me when I move in (not quite kidding with that statement since I do tend to be skiddish, which is why we have installed a security system and lots of flood lights!) but it means a lot to me to think that she would be happy with the changes. I kept a picture of her in the house "watching" the process and it had to be removed when things really started rolling and we didn't have a safe place for her to sit.
Well, folks, Nanno is back! I made a special place for her on the mantle so that she could continue to look over us and be a part of what we are doing. Maybe she can help us move along with this project and be done before Christmas?!? I know she would love for me to have a big tall beautiful tree in the corner of the Living Room and have a long table full of relatives eating Christmas dinner! If not Christmas, then maybe Easter?!? C'mon, Nanoo, help your Miss Priss out!
